Изложбата „Допирот“, која ја организираме во партнерство со Британскиот совет и „Лукс“, под кураторската палка на Ана Франговска, покрај мошне значајниот избор на дела со подвижни слики од Британската визуелна сцена (компилација составена од дела на Уриел Орлоу, Шарлот Проџер, Луис Хендерсон и Бен Риверс, сите сопственост на агенцијата „Лукс“, како и делото од колекцијата на Британскиот совет на Бедвир Вилијамс), вклучува и македонски автори, и тоа: Елпида Хаџи-Василева, Кристина Пулејкова и Велимир Жерновски. Сите автори на свој специфичен, критички, но и поетски начин реагираат на разновидните прашања за мошне горливиот аспект на Идните екологии, видени низ разновидни призми. Тие дискурси се однесуваат на заштита на животната средина, на екологијата, на политиката, на надмоќта на човекот, на капитализмот, на медицинската индустрија, колонизација, деколонизација, еднаквост, права итн.
The Touch exhibition, which we organise in partnership with the British Council and Lux, as curated by Ana Frangovska, in addition to the very significant selection of works with moving images from the British visual scene (compilation of works by Uriel Orlow, Charlotte Prodger, Louis Henderson and Ben Rivers, all owned by the Lux Agency, as well as the work from the British Council’s collection of Bedwyr Williams) also include Macedonian authors, as follows: Elpida Hadzi Vasileva, Kristina Pulejkova and Velimir Zhernovski. All authors shall in their own specific, critical, but also poetic way, respond to various questions on the most burning aspect of Future Ecologies, seen through various prisms. These discourses refer to the environment protection, ecology, politics, the supremacy of humans, capitalism, the medical industries, colonisation, de-colonisation, equality, rights, etc.

Велимир Жерновски на изложбата ќе се претстави со две дела кои се дел од серијалот „Зад црнилото“, и тоа 3Д скулптура на космонаут од истоимениот проект кој беше реализиран во Музејот на современата уметност во 2018 година, а премиерно ќе го презентира и својот нов проект со подвижни слики, видеото „Отаде: темна ѕвезда“. Велимир Жерновски е автор кој честопати во своите проекти обработува проблеми што се занимаваат со заштита на животната средина и на планетата Земја, работејќи со аспектите на просторот и времето, на своевиден начин поигрувајќи си со просторно-временските капацитети на оваа димензија и на онаа на универзумот. Исплашен и ангажиран за подигнување на свеста за опасностите кои нѐ демнеат, на свој специфичен визуелен начин, вклучувајќи цитирање, поп-иконографија, реплицирање, тој ја споделува својата идејотека.
„Зад црнилото“ (2018) говори за моќта на антропоценот и за позицијата на човекот во менувањето на рамнотежата на природниот поредок на Земјата со неконтролирано користење на природните ресурси и несовесните активности. Оттука создава „космонаути“ како алузивни индивидуи сведени на нивната примарна функција – дишењето, тела без значителна содржина, нудејќи решение за спас од монструозната логика утврдена од капиталот, но и слика за неповратната загуба на нашата природна и симболична средина доколку не се запре процесот на систематско уништување.
Во видеото „Отаде: темна ѕвезда“, преку забавување на снимката, Жерновски ги преиспитува поимите на време-просторот, нудејќи му на гледачот една друга димензија, поразлична од онаа на која е навикнато човечкото око. Едноставниот кадар и перформансот на субјектот (танц на балерина во затемнета сфумато атмосфера) се претопуваат во непрепознатлив свет. Забавеното темпо на видеото алудира на времето во универзумот, наспроти овоземското време, на реалната или нереална перцепција на промените за кои не сме свесни, на бескрајот во универзумот врз кој свесно или несвесно влијаеме. Се гради една вонземска нарација во која се кршат препознатливите визуелни сензации. Медитативниот пристап во визуелниот јазик посочува на кршливоста, болката, промените, како и на минливоста.

Velimir Zhernovski në këtë ekspozitë do të performojë me dy vepra të cilat janë pjesë të serialit “Pas mynxyrës “ edhe atë 3D skulpturë e kozmonautit nga projekti me emërtimin e njëjtë i cili u implementua në Muzeun e Artit Bashkëkohor, në vitin 2018, ndërsa për herë të parë do ta prezantojë projektin e tij të ri , videoregjistrimin me piktura lëvizëse ”Përtej: ylli i eklipsuar”. Velimir Zhernovski është një autor i cili shpeshherë në projektet e tijе trajton probleme në lidhje me mjedisin jetësor dhe planetin Tokë, duke punuar me aspektet e hapësirës dhe kohës, në mënyrën e tij karakteristike duke i shtjelluar kapacitetet hapësinore-kohore të këtij dimensioni dhe dimensionit të universit. I frikësuar dhe i angazhuar për ndërgjegjësimin e publikut për rreziqet aktuale, në mënyrën e tij specifike vizuale, duke përfshirë citate, pop-ikonografi, replika, i komunikon idetë e tij.

Së këtejmi krijon “kozmonautë”si individë aluziv që ka të bëjë me funksionin e tyre primar – frymëmarrjen, trupa pa përmbajtje të konsiderueshme, duke ofruar zgjidhje për shpëtim nga logjika monstruoze e përcaktuar nga kapitali, por edhe pikturë për humbjen e parikuperueshme të mjedisit tonë natyror dhe simbolik nëse nuk ndërpritet procesi i shkatërrimit sistematik.
Në videoregjistrimin ”Përtej: ylli i eklipsuar” përmes ngadalësimit të videoregjistrimit, Zhernovski i rishikon nocionet kohë dhe apësirë, duke i ofruar spektatorit një dimension tjetër, ndryshe nga ai me të cilin është mësuar syri i njeriut. Kuadri i thjeshtë dhe performansa e subjektit(valsi i balerinës në një atmosferë të errësuar sfumato) shkrihen në një botë jo-emblematike. Ritmi i ngadalësuar i videoregjistrimit, aludon në kohën e universit, kundrejt kohës në planetin Tokë, perceptimin real ose ireal të ndryshimeve për të cilat s’jemi të vetëdijshëm, pafundësinë e universit mbi të cilin ndikojmë në mënyrë të vetëdijshme ose të pavetëdijshme. Ndërtohet një narracion hyjnor në të cilin thyhen sensacionet emblematike vizuale. Qasja meditative në gjuhën vizuale e vë në dukje brishtësinë, dhembjen, ndryshimet, dhe aspektin kalimtar.

Velimir Zhernovski shall present at the exhibition two works that are part of the series "Behind the Darkness", a 3D sculpture of a cosmonaut from the same-title project, which was implemented at the Museum of Contemporary Arts in 2018 and he shall present for the first time his new project with moving pictures, which is the video "From the Other Side: A Dark Star". Velimir Zhernovski is an author who often addresses issues related to the protection of the environment and the planet Earth in his projects, by working with the aspects of space and time, in his own way, playing with the spatial-temporal capacities of this dimension and that of the Universe. Frightened and engaged in raising awareness of the dangers that loom us, in his own specific visual way, including quoting, pop-iconography, replication, he shares his ideotheque.
In “Behind the Black “(2018) he speaks of the power of the anthropocene and the position of humans in changing the balance of Earth’s natural order, by exercising uncontrolled use of natural resources and reckless activities. Hence, he creates "cosmonauts" as allusive individuals reduced to their primary function - breathing, bodies with no significant content, offering the solution of salvation from the monstrous logic established by capital, irreversible loss of our natural and symbolic environment if the process of systemic destruction does not come to an end.
In the video “From the other Side: A Dark Star”, by slowing down the recording, Zhernovski re-examines the notions of time-space, offering the viewer another dimension, different from the one to which the human eye is accustomed. The simple shot and the performance of the subject (ballerina dance in a darkened sfumato atmosphere) merge into an unrecognisable world. The slow pace of the video alludes to the time in the Universe, as opposed to the Earthly time, to the real or unreal perception of the changes we are not aware of, to the infinity in the Universe that we consciously or unconsciously influence. An alien narrative is constructed, in which the recognisable visual sensations are broken. The meditative approach in visual language points to fragility, pain, change, and transience.
